Flipping true old photos… in 2017 my father and I went to a museum in Gent. At this time I did not make art. When I look back on it, this exhibition inspired me so mutch! Sadly I don’t remember the names of the artist, I wish I made a photo of that. This weekend I will do a Google dive to found out the names. Or maybe my father @freddy_uit_goes has a better memorie than me? The reason why I was so inspired, is the high level of playfulness in the works. You can see that the artist knows how to play and be free. Something I strive for in my work. As I viewer of the art, you are invited to play along and lose yourself in another world. It is a beautiful memorie, I am happy to have shared that whit my father.
